1962 Studebaker GT Hawk

Every once in awhile we come across a car with great history, and this is one of those! Purchased by a young enthusiast of 17 a few years ago, his first car, from an aged woman in California who bought it new, this just appeared on our doorstep! With just 14,000 actual miles ( as designated on the Florida title), this was repainted by the lady decades ago, and while a color change, it has held up amazingly well. With the original aqua interior intact, the emerald green exterior actually looks like it would have been a factory combination! The exciting options include factory four speed and factory air conditioning while the absence of power steering appears to be a choice for the lady to better “feel” the car! This GT will come with all available  service records  done while under the young man’ control and it has a copy of the  factory order sheet provided by Studebaker . I personally remember seeing this model at the 1962 Baltimore Auto Show and as a kid right then knew it was a beautiful car…still is !
