1962 Chevrolet Corvette

Nothing about this one is there anything not to love! Previously owned by a well-known Corvette collector in Boca Raton, we received this from him just recently. Finished in Roman Red with a matching interior, having a white soft top and a body-color removable hardtop, this is the last year for the straight-axle Corvette. The first year for the 327 V-8, matching numbers we were informed (while we were able to confirm it is a 327/340, we could not find numbers that matched the VIN on the block), this four-speed unit runs and drives very well. One of 14,531 built, which was a record for the C1 model, these were “Instant Collectibles.” There were three very noticeable changes for 1962…skinny white wall tires, the introduction of the 327 V-8, and the body coves not being able to be painted in contrasting colors.
