1956 Ford Thunderbird

These are just about our favorite models as in 1980 , one was in the original three car inventory, and we have as part of the Ragtops Collection, the exact duplicate!

According to the previous owner , this was treated to a frame off restoration, and while I don’t know what year that was, it still looks very fresh. It has two tops, and yes in 1956 you could order a non-porthole hard top like it has, the other is a white correct soft top. Powered by the 312 V-8 with power steering , brakes, seat and windows ( driver side is cracked which I just discovered ) and it runs extremely well with the automatic transmission. Correct wheel covers and wide white make this Golden Glow  yellow with black and white interior and white tops makes you wish new cars had this much satisfying color combinations!
